RESULTS OF SHARE OFFER

The Company announces that as the closing of the 2007/08 Offer for Subscription
on Saturday 5 April 2008, applications had been received under the 2007/08 Offer
for 9,485,211 Ordinary Shares.

The 2008/09 Offer for Subscription will remain open until 5.00pm on Thursday 17
April 2008.
