Issue of C Shares

The Company announces that on 10 March 2006 it issued and allotted to 205
subscribers 2,819,359 C Shares of 75p each under the 2005/06 Offer for
Subscription. The new C Shares were issued at a price of 100p per share.
The issued share capital of the Company is now 39,008,002 Ordinary Shares
and 7,777,303 C Shares.

Application will be made at the earliest practicable opportunity for these
shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and
to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s market for listed securities.
