PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
The Company announces that on 30 March 2009 it purchased for
cancellation under an existing authority granted by shareholders
50,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the market at a price of 41.5p,
representing approximately 0.13 per cent of the Company’s issued
share capital. There remain 39,523,975 ordinary shares in issue.
In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company notifies
the market that the capital of the Company consists of 39,523,975
ordinary shares with a nominal value of 25p each and 20,612,249 C
shares with a nominal value of 75p each. All the shares have voting

60,136,244 (the ‘Figure’).
The Figure may be used by a shareholder or other person as the
denominator for the calculations by which he will determine if he is
