David Rolfe

I joined the NVM Reading office in 2012 and I am the Partner responsible for investment activity across the South and South West. This includes originating and transacting new deals as well as managing the regional portfolio. Board roles to date have included MSQ Partners, Trust Systems, Chemigraphic, Leading Resolutions and Pareto. 

During my time at NVM I have supported the growth of a broad range of businesses. The most rewarding was the investment and subsequent exit of Pareto Facilities Management. This was a fitting example of how Private Equity investment can support an ambitious management team to achieve their growth aspirations both organically and through acquisition. Our investment was realised in late 2023 after less than 3 years, achieving a 4.2x return for our funds. 

Prior to joining NVM I spent 15 years with PwC originally qualifying as a Chartered Accountant before moving into a Corporate Finance role where I was the Director leading deal activity in the Thames Valley and South East. 

Outside of work I am a keen golfer, wine taster and taxi service to my two daughters. 

I really enjoy partnering with ambitious teams and helping them to develop their businesses whether that’s through organic growth or acquisition. Both routes are equally exciting and as investors it’s our job to help make these things happen
