Warrington-based Inprova Group, a leading technology-enabled procurement business has announced two major milestones in its journey of sustainable growth and positive impact: achieving Certified B Corporation status and featuring in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025.
These achievements reflect Inprova’s commitment to building a purpose-driven business and follows private equity backing by NVM in November 2022.
Earning B Corp status places Inprova, which is based at Olympic Park in Birchwood, among a global community of companies that meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance. Alongside this, Inprova’s ranking in The Sunday Times’ prestigious list of the Best Places to Work 2025 is a testament to its employee-first culture and the company’s emphasis on collaboration and shared success.
The B Corp certification process rigorously assessed Inprova’s operations and business model, examining its impact on employees, customers, suppliers, community and the environment.
The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list recognised Inprova Group for its high levels of employee wellbeing and engagement. Inprova runs personalised onboarding schemes, weekly training sessions, regular CEO-led updates, fundraising days, wellbeing initiatives, and shared moments of fun to ensure its people feel valued, supported, and inspired.
Lisa Lynch, Chief Operating Officer at Inprova Group, said “Creating a workplace where people feel valued and inspired has been central to our success and remains our North Star. These accolades show that we’re making a real difference, not just in terms of business growth, but in how we support our communities, our environment and each other. “
Steve Malone, CEO of Inprova Group, said: “Securing B Corp certification is more than a badge – it represents who we are at our core. The work we’ve done to create a sustainable and inclusive business has been recognised, and we’re now challenging ourselves to go even further. Being listed in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work in the same year is a huge honour and a reflection of the passion and energy our people bring every day.
Andy Leach, Investment Partner at NVM Private Equity said – “We are incredibly proud to see Inprova both recognised by the Sunday Times over the weekend and for their efforts in achieving B-Corp status —two milestones that speak volumes about the strength of Inprova’s leadership and culture.
These accolades are a powerful illustration of NVM’s commitment to supporting exceptional companies that will not only generate strong investment returns, but perhaps most importantly, these are companies that are making a genuine impact in their industries.
This is a truly exciting time for Inprova and we are delighted to be backing Steve and the team on their journey”
