Having been involved in starting NVM up back in the 1980s, I have played a key role in the evolution of the firm including helping to raise an institutional buy-out fund in 2018 and growing a successful Venture Capital Trust (VCT) business and subsequently selling it in 2019. 

In my role as non-executive Chair, I help set the strategic direction of the firm and sit on the investment committee. 

Prior to founding NVM, in my very early career, I was an officer in the Royal Navy. When not at NVM I can be found on the Isle of Wight sailing with friends and racing competitively.
